Federal Court for praying outside of the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. They have been happily married forever and the DC Metro Police attacked Mark so Jalise tried to protect him and now they are facing 50 years each in US Federal Prison. Their Judge, Rudolph Moss, did not force them to go to prison from the courtroom today, they were placed on home confinement until their sentencing which is scheduled to happen in May 2024. The Middletons are kidding outside of the US Federal Courthouse today to celebrate the fact that they will be able to spend Valentine’s Day 2024 together.
